With eight businesses making up our family, ranging from landscape supply, construction services, stormwater management to wastewater treatment (????). Our family services the entire United States with over 25 locations in 9 states and almost 500 employees .

Your Waterproofer /E&S Services is looking for a Waterproofer who can operate an excavator. Most work will be on construction projects.

• Work in a safe, efficient manner and wear proper protective equipment at all times as required.
• Abide by all company policies, safety regulations, and PPE requirements.
• Install a variety of erosion control products, including but not limited to compost filter sock, silt fence, filter mats, conventional seeding, and hydroseeding.
• Complete daily project tasks in a safe and efficient manner as directed by the Install Crew Lead.
• Load and unload truck, trailer, and other materials required for the job.
• Work with heavy duty hand tools such as sludge hammers, shovels, picks, etc.
• Occasionally operate skid steer, small excavators, and other small material or earth moving equipment.
• Advise the Install Crew Lead of any maintenance or repair requirements.
• Participate in safety briefings, job briefings, and any other meetings required by Manager.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment, including at the job site, yard, shop, and vehicle.
• Ensure client sites are clean and presentable at the completion of the job.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary
• Other duties may be assigned.

Quality Candidates have the following characteristics:

• Must have Valid Drivers License (Driving with a trailer is a Plus)
• Ability to operate skid steer or mini excavator
• Grading skills
• Ability to carry heavy building materials and use a shovel
• Strong Work Ethic
• Willing to work long hours when needed
• Ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions
• Punctual on a daily basis (7AM Start Time)
• Willing to work Saturdays as needed
• Must be able to follow directions
