About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Research to lead its data-driven policy work in the realm of gender equity. The successful candidate will be tasked with shaping a cutting-edge research agenda that directly informs progressive policy at both state and national levels. This role demands a seasoned professional with a PhD in a social discipline and over 7 years' experience in government, academia, or independent research. The Vice President, Research will be responsible for designing and executing high-quality, data-driven research, including quantitative analysis using large public datasets. Strategic and visionary leadership is essential, as the role involves setting a bold vision for policy research and ensuring that the organization's work remains at the forefront of the gender equity space.
