Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-10 years of technical management experience, preferably in a professional services environment
• Strong knowledge and proven experience with outsourcing/managed service engagements
• Experience in staffing or recruiting industry a plus
• Proven experience interacting with large, enterprise clients
• Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff in project execution
• Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong sales support skills
• Exceptional financial acumen and understanding of financial aspects of the services environment
• Understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) to track financial performance
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and quantitative problem-solving skills

Location: California

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000, based on various factors including experience and location. Some roles may also include variable incentives.

Position: Strategic Engagement Manager

Locations: San Francisco and Los Angeles

Responsibilities:

• Manage consultants placed onsite with customers
• Oversee onboarding, communication, and status reporting
• Serve as escalation point for issues
• Encourage use of WWT tools, processes, and resource involvement
• Staffing projects and managing utilization
• Capacity planning and forecasting
• Coach and mentor engineering staff
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
• Provide regular updates and reports
• Identify additional staffing needs and business opportunities
