Experience with safety systems, process equipment, and emergency response. Excellent management, leadership, and communication skills. Must live within 15 miles of Paterson, NJ to ensure rapid response when needed. Willingness to be flexible with hours — on-call support may be required outside of typical work hours. Ability to work remotely when appropriate, but must be able to respond onsite when needed. Fit test for respirator use helpful Highly reliable and comfortable taking charge in critical situations.
