As the Senior Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle management of our stocked inventory items. You'll ensure efficient ordering, storage, distribution, and accurate tracking, all while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a critical role in supporting our print shop operations and ensuring smooth, efficient workflows. Training will occur at Forge Solutions’ 2830 Beaver Avenue, Pittsburgh PA location. The role will transition to the new facility, which is located 6.8 miles away on Neville Island. Essential responsibilities include strategic inventory management by developing and implementing strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels, proactively replenishing stock, verifying accurate entry of receipts, and monitoring corporate inventories. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, inventory owners, vendors, and warehousing/trucking partners, addressing inquiries and resolving inventory-related issues. Oversee all aspects of shipping and receiving, including unloading freight, inspecting deliveries, verifying contents, preparing orders for delivery and shipment, and managing inbound/outbound shipping tasks. Support the launch of the new warehouse distribution facility by collaborating on layout optimization and process implementation. Participate in identifying and testing updates to inventory modules of the procurement system, with Oracle Cloud and WMS experience preferred. Other duties as assigned to support team success. Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, 4+ years of inventory management experience, strong understanding of warehouse distribution operations, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in inventory management systems, and preferred experience with Oracle Cloud and/or WMS. Additional preferred qualifications include receiving, warehouse or distribution experience, materials handling equipment certification, box truck driving experience, and a valid driver's license depending on location. The position is office-based with occasional travel and physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
