As a Security Professional Commercial Driver in Hammonton, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the property using a company vehicle, requiring a valid commercial driver's license. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, respond promptly to incidents, and uphold the values of Allied Universal by acting with integrity, reliability, and teamwork. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day TimeMon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PMThur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PMFri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required by site policies. Support the implementation of security-related procedures specific to financial institution environments, including monitoring for suspicious behavior and reporting concerns. Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site leadership to address security-related needs and provide a visible presence throughout the location. What We're Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. A valid commercial driver's license is required for driving positions only. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
