Job Summary:

Stellar Roofing is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our Metal Roofing Division. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of metal roofing projects, ensuring top-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will supervise installation crews, manage materials and logistics, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project. The ideal candidate will have specialized experience in metal roofing systems, strong leadership skills, and a results-driven approach to project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Supervision: Oversee all on-site work related to metal roofing projects, ensuring adherence to scope, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Scope Alignment: Review each job’s scope of work, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and effective communication to installers.
• Materials & Equipment Management: Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available and appropriate for the job; confirm job sites are cleaned and cleared of excess materials upon completion.
• Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact during installations, addressing any questions or concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Final Walk-Throughs: Conduct final inspections with customers, identify and schedule completion of any punch list items, and close out jobs, including collecting final payments.
• Service Calls: Respond to post-installation service requests; perform minor repairs or coordinate with subcontractors as necessary.
• Other Duties: Support the production supervisor and take on additional tasks as needed to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

• Metal Roofing Expertise: Hands-on experience with standing seam, exposed fastener, and other metal roofing systems is required.
• Construction Leadership: Proven ability to supervise installation crews and coordinate effectively with vendors, customers, and team members.
• Scope & Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail in reviewing scopes of work, planning project execution, and ensuring quality outcomes.
• Customer-Focused Mindset: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for maintaining positive customer relationships throughout the project.
• Project Close-Out Skills: Experience conducting final walk-throughs, managing punch lists, and collecting final payments.
• Service Competency: Ability to identify and resolve post-job issues either directly or through subcontractor coordination.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to manage multiple projects and handle changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required for travel to and from job sites.

Compensation:

• $51,000 to $71,000 per year
