Job Title: Reach Truck Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift Location: Plainfield, IN. Department: Warehouse / Distribution Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor / Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Reach Truck Operators for our 1st and 2nd shifts . The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating reach trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in our warehouse. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to workplace safety. Shifts:

1. st Shift: [e.g., 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 5:30am - 2:00PM Monday to Friday] (Also available shifts: 2-2-3 schedule 6:30am - 5:00PM Monday - Friday)
2. nd Shift: [e.g., 2:00PM - 10:30PM, Monday to Friday] (Also available shifts: 2-2-3 schedule 6:00PM - 2:30AM Monday - Friday)

(Weekend overtime may be required based on business needs.) Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a reach truck to move materials and products within the warehouse. Load and unload products from trucks and place them in designated storage locations. Pull, stage, and prepare materials for shipment or production as instructed. Perform inventory counts and verify product against shipping/receiving documents. Maintain equipment and perform daily pre-operational checks. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and OSHA standards. Report any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment malfunctions promptly. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 1 year of reach truck or forklift operation experience. Valid Reach Truck / Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and reading skills. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift. Preferred Skills: Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Team player with good communication skills. Previous experience in a distribution or logistics environment.
