Job Description

Job Title: Office Helper – Summer Internship (Paid, Flexible Hours, Potential for Extension) Position Type: Paid Internship – Part-Time (Minimum 12 hours/week) Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Helper Intern to support our Accounting Office staff during the summer. This paid internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office setting. Flexible scheduling is available, but a consistent weekly routine is required. Key Responsibilities: * Assist accounting staff with daily administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document organization, etc.) * Support team members with special projects as assigned * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately * Ensure accuracy and timeliness in task completion Requirements: * Minimum commitment of 12 hours per week

  • MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE AND FEEL COMFORTABLE DRIVING
