Job Description
Torch @ GLASSHAÜS is looking for a front of house leader to build a bar program and to coordinate events for a growing social club within Nashville's premier glassblowing studio. Top candidates will work a flexible schedule, with equal parts planning and execution.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of bartenders and baristas, including menu creation, training, and problem solving.
Serve as Captain for public and private events ranging from 10 to 110 attendees.
Act as expert with the tools and equipment of a little café with big ambitions.
Guide the technical aspects and use of point of sale and event management software.
Ideal schedule includes up to 30 hours as a bartender and 10 hours coordinating events.
