We’re hiring a seasoned, people-first Director of Sales and Distribution to lead our in-house and distributor-based sales strategy. What You’ll Do Oversee local self-distribution and out-of-state market sales Lead a team of account managers, drivers, and a warehouse manager Build and sustain distributor and chain account relationships Manage product allocation and market entry strategy Plan and execute beer festivals across the U.S. and abroad Report directly to ownership with insights and growth recommendations Partner with our marketing director on brand activations and POS programs Travel for market visits and distributor development What We’re Looking For 7+ years of craft beer sales experience Sales team management experience required A relationship-first approach with strategic thinking Able to work events and travel when necessary Must live in or be willing to relocate to the greater Chicago area $75,000 salary + $20,000 annual performance bonus 401(k) Paid time off Mileage and cell phone reimbursement Parental leave Paid beer festivals & employee discounts This is a full-time, in-person role in Lake Zurich, IL.
