Manager, Regional Development

ImpactLife is seeking a passionate and experienced Manager, Regional Development to lead donor engagement and blood drive development efforts across Central Illinois. In this key leadership role, you'll guide a dynamic regional team in growing our mission to connect donors and patients through life-saving blood collections. This role requires direct supervision of a regional team. This position can be located at our Peoria, Springfield, or Urbana, Illinois locations.

As a Manager, Regional Development you will:

  • Lead and manage a regional team focused on donor recruitment and blood drive growth.
  • Build strong community partnerships to support donor engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze regional KPIs, market data, and donor trends.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales and outreach strategies.
  • Actively engage with strategic partners, community organizations, and media.
  • Support team growth through coaching, performance reviews, and continuous development.
  • Ensure alignment of team activities with organizational goals and values.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, teamwork, accountability, and excellence.

What you need to bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, donor/public relations, or business development.
  • 3-5 years of management experience leading a sales or outreach-focused team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, communication, and data analysis skills.
  • Passion for community engagement and public service.
  • Must be comfortable working in a field based/home office hybrid environment.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report required.
