Are you an ambitious Assistant Project Manager looking to step up and grow your career with a top-tier SC in Palm Beach County?
We’re working with a well-established general contractor that delivers high-quality commercial projects across South Florida. With a strong pipeline in place and a focus on excellence, they’re now looking for a detail-driven APM to support their Project Management team across all phases of construction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
📋 Assisting in the coordination and execution of commercial projects (from pre-construction to closeout)
📞 Supporting communication between subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and clients
💻 Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
📊 Helping track schedules, budgets, and overall project progress
📁 Document control, reporting, and construction software usage (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
📍 Occasional site visits and involvement in onsite coordination meetings
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2–5 years of experience in a construction APM or Project Engineer role
✔️ Commercial or high-end residential construction exposure preferred
✔️ Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field ideal
✔️ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and construction scheduling tools
