Manulife, a leading international financial services provider, is seeking a passionate and skilled Agile Coach to guide and mentor our US segment technology and agile teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles, excellent coaching skills, and a proven track record of coaching teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate and engage stakeholders on Agile values and principles.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance Agile understanding.
• Mentor and coach Agile teams to adopt and improve practices.
• Collaborate with teams to drive Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and processes.
• Identify and address obstacles hindering team progress.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Assess Agile maturity and develop strategies for improvement.
• Adapt Agile practices for individual team members.
• Lead Agile workshops for teams and stakeholders.
• Promote Agile mindset and industry best practices across the organization.
• Enable teams to self-manage and solve problems using Agile principles.
• Develop metrics to report on Agile delivery effectiveness.
• Manage Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and related platforms.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean).
• Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Agile Coach).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing change in complex environments.
• Skilled in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Planview.
• Experience leading teams and working across software development, testing, business analysis, architecture, UX, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
